Food rationing can be a controversial issue, as it can help ensure fair distribution of food during times of scarcity, but it can also lead to inequalities and hardships for certain groups. In emergency situations, such as during war or natural disasters, food rationing may be necessary to ensure everyone has access to essential nutrition. However, in normal circumstances, it may be more effective to focus on sustainable food production and distribution systems to address food security issues. Ultimately, the decision on food rationing would depend on the specific context and the potential impact on the population. **

As a result, some public services, such as hot water supply, have been affected, impacting the daily lives of citizens.
