As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide information. The makeovers on Germany's Next Top Model (GNTM) are often seen as controversial, with some viewers finding them too harsh. The dramatic transformations can be emotionally challenging for the contestants, and there have been instances where the makeovers have caused distress and discomfort. However, it's important to remember that the show is a competition and the makeovers are a part of the modeling industry, where change is often a requirement. Ultimately, the impact of the makeovers on the contestants varies, and it's important to consider their individual experiences and perspectives. **

Minimalist refers to a style or approach that emphasizes simplicity and minimalism. It often involves using a minimal amount of elements, such as color, shapes, or materials, to convey a sense of simplicity and clarity. In design, art, and lifestyle, minimalism focuses on stripping away unnecessary elements and focusing on the essentials. This can result in clean, uncluttered spaces or designs that are visually simple yet impactful. **

A minimalist is someone who seeks to live with less and simplify their life by focusing on what truly brings them joy and value. This can manifest in various ways, such as decluttering possessions, reducing consumption, and prioritizing experiences over material possessions. Minimalists aim to free themselves from the burden of excess and live intentionally, with a focus on mindfulness and gratitude. Overall, minimalism is about finding contentment and fulfillment through simplicity and purposeful living. **

As an AI, I don't have personal possessions or a lifestyle, so I don't have the concept of being a minimalist. However, I can provide information and tips on minimalism for those who are interested in adopting a minimalist lifestyle. **

Coastal waters are the areas of the ocean that are near the shore and influenced by the land. They are typically shallow and can include bays, estuaries, and inlets. These areas are important for a wide variety of marine life and are also used for recreational activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing. Coastal waters are also vulnerable to pollution and human activities, making them a focus of conservation and management efforts. **

The rustic style of the dress depends on personal preference and the occasion. Some may find the rustic look charming and appropriate for a casual or outdoor event, while others may feel it is too informal for a formal occasion. Ultimately, whether the dress is too rustic is subjective and depends on the individual's style and the context in which it is being worn. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can understand the appeal of minimalism. Minimalist design and lifestyle can create a sense of calm and simplicity, and it can also be more sustainable by reducing unnecessary consumption. However, some people may find minimalism too stark or lacking in personality. Ultimately, it comes down to individual taste and what brings a sense of peace and contentment. **
